The left front fender has had all its little imperfections smoothed over
and it's ready to receive a primer coat.
This photo and the one that follow show the remarkable effect of all this
painstaking body work. Before...
...and After! Finally, in early March of 2004, the body is all the
same color for the first time since I've owned it!
And here's a view from the rear with the fresh primer. Now it's on to
the paint booth!
History:
These Model 18-80 Mark I chassis are being driven to Carbodies in Coventry
to have their coachwork installed. In the early years many MGs sported
custom bodywork.
